Macks Slim Fit Soft Foam Earplugs, 10 Pair

These are great. Regular sized earplugs leave my ears achy the next day, these are only large enough to expand and fill my ear hole without next day pain. I bought these twice!

I have a hard time with ear plugs because they're painfully too big but then I found these! I'm a light sleeper so without ear plugs, I wake up often. I can usually only use them for a few hours before they get too painful but these slim ones are perfect. I can wear them for a full nights sleep and my ear canal doesn't feel sore and raw when I wake up. If you struggle with ear plugs, give these a try. They don't eliminate all sound which is what I need because I need to hear my alarm in the morning. It obscures just enough sound for my needs

I'd been kneading and smashing earplugs then putting a knit hairband over my ears to keep them in place for weeks. I saw a recommendation for these and ordered. I still knead them before insertion, but I m paid off with a snug fit and good noise reduction. No headband needed.
