My mother (94) is visiting for the winter months and she has trouble rising from a standard toilet due to a hip replacement. his toilet seat is perfect, very stable with all 4 legs on the floor and can be easily removed for cleaning and when no longer needed. I am very satisfied with this product.

Could Not Be Assembled
It is impossible to assemble. The 2 'wells' in the bottom of the seat structure do not match the position of the 2 large 'pins' protruding from the Lok-In-El Bracket. You can't fully insert the 'pins' into the 'wells'. This appears to be some sort of manufacturer error. Obviously, this item was not, and could not, be used at all. So, I packed it back up nice, neat and complete to return the item. Then, the icing on the cake, is that I CANNOT RETURN the item, due to some cryptic "Other Walmart Return Policy." My best guess is that the "Other Walmart Return Policy", is that this item can't be returned because it's intended use is as an adaption to a toilet, and that it might have been used. That might be true, if only it could be assembled and installed at all. Since the item was obviously never used, I would expect to be able to return it. But, I must admit that I failed to see that the item is not returnable, as stated in the lower right corner of the item description page. My bad. Nonetheless, it couldn't be used at all, because it couldn't be assembled.
