I guess I'm old school and believe youth need to start interreacting with their environment. The Made by Me Create Your Own Sparkle Magic Gemstone Mosaics is something our grand niece will enjoy when she visit us. It will be rewarding watching her create something instead of being glued to the computer screen.

When my girls saw this activity that were so excited to put it together! The designs are so cute, a rainbow, unicorn, llama and donuts! My girls divided them up and got busy sticking jewels to create their designs. The kit is simple, peel back the protective cover to reveal the sticky layer and start sticking jewels to create your designs. There are plenty of jewels in different sizes to complete the project! We love our finished product!

This Sparkle Magic mosaics is very fun. It comes with four different art boards. Each board had an easy peekl adhesive front and you stick clear gemstones onto the art board. This comes with clear and shaped gemstones. There is a plastic tray to pour your gemstones in to pick which ones you want to use. It also comes with 1 satin cord,to hang up your artwork. The instructions are easy to understand. This is easy for a child to use,it's for ages 6 and up.

I recently received the “Made by Me Create Your Own Sparkle Magic Gemstone Mosaics: Unicorns, Rainbows, and More.” The holidays are coming up fast and my little ones are at the age where they want to start making their own gifts. This was the perfect little craft for them. It was easy enough for them to understand and actually held their attention until they finished the project. I love that this kit comes with everything you need to make your creation. All you have to do is peel back the sticky sheet and start placing the gemstones onto their little spaces. This kit actually came with more than enough gemstones and some really pretty satin cording to hang up your pictures. I really like that my kids are able to write whatever they want on the back of these pictures, just a little tip, it's a little bit easier to write on the card before you start putting the gemstones on. The box says this is recommended for ages six and up but I let my three-year-old niece help and she did perfectly fine, just make sure there is an adult watching at all times because the gemstones are really small. There are also some little gems stones that are little butterfly and heart shaped.

I received this item free to write a review. My daughter and her friends LOVED playing with this!! It's like a bedazzler only with a design!! It comes already with the designs and it's marked where you place the gemstones onto the matching places. It's self explanatory for any young person. It comes with 4 mosaics so my daughter, her 2 friends, and myself each did one. One friend made one and brought it home and put in her bedroom and the other friend made one with a note for her mom on the back. My daughter hung hers on the wall in her room. It looks really nice because it's vibrant, sparkly, and looks like awesome bling on the wall. They are so easy to make and it was really fun! You just peel the backing off the gemstones and place them on the assigned tile. Super easy and super fun. Any girl that likes flashy will love this!! Great birthday or Christmas present!!

I received this Made by Me Create Your Own Sparkle Magic Gemstone Mosaics: Unicorns, Rainbows, and More and it was fun for my daughters to sit down and work on. We love doing these and then my girls gift them to their grandparents and friends. This project really needed no directions because it was pretty much self-explanatory. I love that there were several different designs so that each of our kiddos could pick their favorite. Our girls loved placing the gems onto the pictures. They turned out so cute!! These would be great projects for b-day party crafts, group activities, or as a simple present for the holidays. Overall, this Made by Me Create Your Own Sparkle Magic Gemstone Mosaics: Unicorns, Rainbows, and More is cute, fun to do, and kept my kiddos interested until they had it finished. I would definitely recommend this to others who like to have hands-on crafts and art projects to do!!

This is a great craft for kids! Box says 6 and up but I think under supervision littles would love this! My 9 year old daughter liked this craft but d/t age she lost interest fast but she did complete it. The end result is cute. I recommend for kids 4-7.

I've had this set for about 3 weeks now. My two girls love it. The gemstones can be reused multiple times and never lose the stickyness. Of course now i have gemstones everywhere i look. My Daughter uses some of the Gemstones on her mobile phone case and so far they have not fallen off for the past 2 weeks. I would recommend these for any kids who love arts and crafts.

I have girls aged 12, and 10 who are head over heels for anything Unicorn related right now. This was a way for them to work together on something they both had in common. Comes with a rainbow, unicorn, llama, and donuts. They have an easy peel backing that you peel away before you start pressing on jewels.

This Sparkle magic mosaics craft set is not as inventive as one might expect because I just thought it would be more fun. I let my 6-year-old grand-daughter design the rainbow cloud "mosaic" and it was a very short-lived activity. She found it cumbersome and time-consuming, and I believe she got bored with the sticker placement after 5 gems. And the adhesive areas where the gems are supposed to be placed were rather restrictive, but it wouldn't make sense to cover the whole project either. Regardless, it seems more appropriate for a group project, like something to do at a birthday party possibly. But it would have been more "crafty" if the "artist" were allowed to glue their own "gemstones" to their own pictures or toy figurines or clothes or shoes, maybe. This picture kit seems a bit too structured instead of giving the child the option to make their OWN creations. And the clear "gemstones" were not as exciting to work with, as the larger brighter colorful ones, which are very few in comparison.
