Very happy with my purchases (bought both the white and black). I did read previous reviews and thought I would go with the 3X, and this size is comparable to a Lands End 16 or a Lane Bryant 14/16. My concern was the arms, and that they wouldn't be too tight or uncomfortable. The fit was perfect. Bust wise, I am a 38B and waist a 12. It fit perfect, with a slight stretch. The quality and style are beautiful. I am using these for work shirts and will have the company Logo embroidered (quality of material is good for this). Compared to the cost of a similar blouse I purchased from Lands End, I paid almost $20 less on each blouse from Walmart. I will definitely be getting the other colors available.

The shirt does not look like the image on the site. I ordered a XL and it lacks the silhouette, it's boxy. I like that it have a stretch to the fabric.

the shirt looked nice in the picture online but the actual product was not light and the size was not true. The sizes are not true fit it was too tight.

Runs SUPER small. I am 5'8" 175-180 lbs. I typicall wear a Lg- XL in Women's sizes, depending on brand/cut. I ordered a 2XL, based off of size guide measurements. I purchased multiple for work. The shirts are very tight and too short to tuck in and stay tucked in. They also feel like the buttons will pop off any minute, straight out of the package. Kinda cheaply made. It also recommends hand washing. I have been washing them on delicate cycle, in cold water. I put them in the dryer, on low heat, just long enough to knock the wrinkles out, then hang them up to dry.

I liked the shirt I work in hospitality and I bought this shirt to work in. Unfortunately the shirt was too small. I ordered a 2x and when I opened the package I could tell that the size was incorrect so I suggest that anyone reading this review to get a size larger because it does run small. The shirt was hugging my stomach and there were gaps between the buttons which kept popping open. Other than the size the shirt was okay.
