Absolutely incredibly delicious! If you have ever dehydrated your own ripe bananas, you will be in tastebud heaven when you eat these! The color is brownish due to the natural sugar in the bananas because no preservatives are used. A most delicious and healthy snack for anytime of the day. These are so good, I just reordered and this time I purchased three bags. Hint: once opened, store in the refrigerator for a nice treat that is both cool and chewy!
All natural, nicely ripened with dark caramelized sugars, organic, and full-flavored. Good shelf life. This product is unfortunately labeled with the misnomer, "chips". It is soft, not deep fried and has no oil added unlike the typical fruit or vegetable chip (which is nothing but junk food). Product is packed in an extra-large package (14 oz.) and is a good value.
Fresh as can be; these things are not crunchy, they are actually soft! I was apprehensive at first, but as soon as I tried the first one, was instantly hooked! Will definately be buying again!
These are dried fruit, not the banana chips I have always eaten. They were ok, had a good taste, but was not what I was wanting when I ordered.
They do not taste or look like bananas. They are dark brown. I wanted the Great Value Banana Chips but they were not listed. I ordered the slices online. To throw away near $10 is a shame. I am struggling to eat them. I have no one to give them to. Hope Walmart brings back the Great Value chips.
I bought these because of all the good reviews. Well, I just can't believe that people actually liked these. Maybe I got a bad bag? The banana "chips" look like dried beef jerky, honestly, just like it. The texture however was softer. They smelled of bananas but they just looked awful. I took a tiny taste (I'm brave like that) but it was not good. My daughter in law has a mini pig and maybe he will eat them. I would not purchase these again unless it was for a practical joke.
I will never buy these again. They are soft which I expected based on the description, but they are nearly black from oxidation. I was hoping these might be a healthy afternoon snack, but they look and taste like a peeled banana that's been sitting out on the counter all afternoon. They were not cheap. I regret this purchase.
These are the worse I have ever tasted. First when you open the bag the smell is enough to make you sick. Then I tasted one and it was just awful. Money down the drain. They are sickening.
The Worse they were awful not 1 person liked them out of 8 - 0 liked them
The quality was not good, taste was not good, I will not order again.
