I bought four mattress, all my boys needed an upgrade. Shipping was fast and mattress packaging was well done. With in minutes it was full size. Great price and excellent quality my boys were absolutely over the moon with how comfortable they are. My boys ages from 10 to 15. Very happy with purchase.

I bought this mattress to replace one I bought from Walmart in 2012. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the one I bought to replace the other one. Only draw back with this one is, I have a frame that allows for storage underneath and because of the frame, the new mattress is waist high which makes it difficult for me at the age of 70 to climb into. It’s dreamy to sleep on. I highly recommend this mattress, but consider putting it on a lower frame than I have.

Very good 12 inch mattress! Was very well packed and after opening was in about 20 minutes in her full shape. Very comfortable, and high as needed. Was not strong or soft, just the way has to be to allow the body to stay in comfort position and woke up relaxed with no back pain issues and tiredness.

this mattress is super nice and provides excellent value. it is like the martresses that cost over a thousand at brick and mortar stores. i love the combination of memory foam and inner coils to provide comfort and support. this product is high quality and made well. i love it!

I was looking for a plush mattress with coils, like my favorite mattress (who has since 'passed away' and replaced with a boxed foam mattress,that was Not a favorite). This new mattress was 12 inch, not 14 as my favorite, it Did have coils and a pillow top though. I was skeptical, as it was being delivered in a box... Let's skip to the end result: it did amazingly well unfolding. It's feel? Bouncy. For me, it's a big improvement over foam. I really dislike foam. This mattress has bounce, but still has the... you know, where it doesn't disturb the person next to you. There is no "person" in this case, but yeah, it has that. Also, it's soft, but not as soft as my favorite. This is comfy soft, not super soft. I mean... it feels more supportive. I wake up without my shoulder or hips aching (side sleeper problems). I don't know if they advertised cool sleeping, but it definitely sleeps cooler than my foam mattress that this one is replacing. By the way, when foam mattresses are advertised as helping with tossing and turning, it's due to making it difficult for you to do so, not because of increased comfort. This mattress increased my comfort, so less tossing and turning to find comfort. I'm pleased with the quality, the price, the easy set up and the feel. I'm pleased with my purchase.

The inner springs are not as solid as 12”per foam mattress. I have 2 other 12” per foam mattresses and they feel more solid, durable and less movement than coil springs .

The first hybrid mattress in a box that I had ever seen and had. It is very impressive wirhout flaw. I find it to be a very comfortable rest and sleep.

I loveee my bed! It’s perfectly firm and I’ve been having the best restful sleep! However!! The package came completely damaged and did arrive later than expected because of address issues with seller and FedEx. I was told by FedEx they didn’t have an address to deliver it to so i had to make a call to Walmart to contact the seller to get everything squared away. Once all that got situated, I received my mattress. I’ll still recommend the mattress though! The 14’ is true to its thickness and u was worried it wasn’t going to be as thick from other reviews. It was well worth the wait! I kind of wish I got a king size because the queen feels like a full size but maybe I’m just used to a bigger mattress. I hope I didn’t get a full size but I can’t tell.

The price was good. I got it on sale. Shipping was fast, but unfortunately it came with the hole on the side of it.

Came used, I think. A bunch of orange stains on it and the opening/cutting tool looked dirty and used.
