The bag is cute and the right size. The material feels cheap but the bag IS cheap so for the price it’s great. I wish it had a front buckle for my toddler to keep on easier tho- so I just tie the straps. It’s a wonderful first bookbag!

Just know that it’s not big enough to put a loose leaf binder in.

Zipper area tor after getting, no rough use not sure why. No heavy use of zipper or top strap

It is really poor quality. You definitely get what you pay for. The zippers don't work well. Meaning my 3 year old can't zip it up himself without breaking the zipper. And it ripped at the seem like immediately. The reviews did say this would happen. I hoped they would be the exception, not the rule. I was wrong. They may last a month or too, but they'll fall apart quickly after that.

this was a total piece of junk! I was really happy, it was something I needed. it came with a damaged zipper, threads loose and after using it only 3 times with nothing inside besides a wallet, sunglasses and lipstick the shoulder strap tore!!! ☹️😠
