Last week I dropped my cell phone on the driveway and it looked like the screen was cracked. Upon investigation, it was the MagGlass that cracked and and the phone's screen was still perfect. Then I went to the Encased website and competed their warranty form which was very simple. Within 24 hours my claim was approved and a new tempered glass screen protector was at my door a few days later. My phone looks like new again!
