I wanted to be able to easily make lattes and espressos. I rarely visit a coffee shop now. I even bought to-go cups for guests. I absolutely love this coffee maker. In fact, I've purchased three additional devices for close friends and family. It's easy to clean and maintain.

I love it. Easy to use. Coffee looks and taste like serve in restaurants. So glad I decide to buy it.

I like the coffee machine but would have expect that a container would be provided to put water for the milk pipe cleaning system. I had to purchase my own that I put next to the coffee machine. So, after my latte, the milk pipe goes from milk to water container ready for the automatic cleaning system to kick in. Does good coffee for the money.

Bought this coffee machine, and after a short time it needed warranty repair. The manufacturer sent me back a used and damaged unit that wasn't mine. Only after sending photos and videos did they admit their mistake. Very poor service — would not recommend.

Having owned a Jura J9.3 for over 12 years, I have tested a number of 2024 new expresso machines to see if ANY of the $300 to $900 ramge are comparable iun features and taste due to constant tech improvements. Unfortunately, the answer is NO based on testing the Caffe Affetto (marketed by GE), WS-D5 sold on Amazon, Target, TEMU, walmart.com, R5 from Alibaba and this Zulay Magia AMPRO. Here's why: 1. Maximum expresso size is 3oz. 2. Main photo is FALSE ADVERTISING. This machine does NOT dispense 2 expressos. 3. Despite the minimum 30min ECO mode, if you touch the screen after only 12 minutes, it spews/wastes water BEFORE it can make another drink. 4. The text on touch screen is tiny (even smaller than 12 year old Jura).

DO NOT BUY - AGAIN DO NOT BUY ! Bought the warranty , sent back twice for the same issue , I only had to pay the shipping of 50$ third time she tells me my warranty expired , whitch I have a yr left on it , I addressed that , so now they use a different excuse to make me pay , they say they We're only being generous and waiving my two previous Repair fees, even though I was under a warranty I payed , AND NOW HAD TO PAY 275$ instead . NOW I HAD TO TAKE A 700$ loss I TRUSTED THIS SMALL COMPANY SMH ! ****** STAY AWAY******** BEWARE DO NOT BUT***

Machine didn't work out of the box. Still awaiting customer support to return calls or emails. Should be ZERO stars.
