I love the space saver and compact look.This combo gives you so many choices on washing different tpes of laundry...and have the option to dry your laundry after washing laundry...

You MUST REMOVE THE 4 SHIPPING BOLTS IN THE BACK along with the rubber spacers. This thing will shake so hard it will pick itself up off the floor and throw itself through the wall like a drunk college kid at a Frat party. The bolds lock the suspension for shipping purposes, therefore if you don't remove them, you have no suspension. After I figured that out, this thing is awesome. Fits snugly in my pantry and does it all. Dryer function will take much longer than a normal one, so just set it and forget it and come back a few hours later. Quick wash and dry cycle can wash and dry a small load in 3 hrs.

I haven't opened the box yet. I ordered this because magic chef has told me they would rebate me because I tried to get my “old” model fixed and my tech could not fix it due to no help from mc's people. I lost a lot of money due to their lack of knowledge and help. Overall not a good experience. I do order a lot from Walmart and have been greatly pleased in the past and will continue to place orders in the future.

While it appears there are many options for wash and dry, they are not logical options; i.e. 2 dry only options are 1 .5 hrs or 4.5 hrs.... HOURS!! No fluff or just air cycle. No other options for timing.

It is hard to use and it does not get the clothes dry. Most loads have to be dried twice.

Takes 4 hours to do a load and it does not dry completely.

our machine was 8 days late and when it arrived, the back left corner was completely smashed in. so far no one is willing to assist us. delivery driver refused to come back and get it. we called him within 10 minutes of the delivery of the machine. I know magic chef is better than this and I know Walmart is better than this. what happened?

I first ordered this silver w/d combo unit on Nov 7. the order was canceled bc "it could not be delivered by estimated date"......k. reordered again. canceled. reordered again...CANCELED. call customer service and was reassured the next order would NOT be canceled. SO... REORDERED (4TH TIME...!!!) and wouldn't you know it....IT CANCELED. Now it shows out of stock. >:( Called Customer Service. was on hold 30 minutes and another agent came back on the line. I was not rude, but was told she "reset" my account and if I order again, it would not be canceled. I asked if there was a way to check availability of the silver unit, and was told no. I asked if I could vent, understanding it was not her fault...and she hung up on me. Rude. 2 months and 4 reorders canceled in a row. now the unit I wanted is 'out of stock '. I am super angry about this, as it has delayed a primary, necessary appliance purchase and delivery, without due recourse. This being the first canceled order I've ever had, I am very hot under the collar. I would give -10 stars if it were an option. this also being my only avenue to vent, apparently.

This washer DRYER combo is a joke. This unit does NOT dry! I bought a 3 year protection plan and cannot get this unit returned because the manufacturer says it doesnt dry an Walmart says it does (per description). So who is left with a washer/dryer combo that doesnt dry?
