Works great!
I absolutely love these. My breast seems to be on fire after all the pumping %26 feedings I do.! These came in handy to kool me off.! They fit perfectly in my bra!

Perfect
Buy them. These are very genoursly sized, and easily fully cover a C cup and extends into armpits very nicely. Heat or cool. I didnt know i needed these for breastfeeding until I had them. 100% invaluable for self care supplies.
