This is a wonderful cap! I have migraines, and this cap helps a lot! It fits snugly, and it freezes very well. I find that it stays colder longer than most of the ice packs that I use, which is a big plus.

I bought this for my son who gets migraines. He usually can't comfortably wear anything over his eyes. He's a night shift nurse. Used it %26 fell right to sleep.

This ice pack hat is thick and well-made. It does have a funny smell at first but it went away after a few uses. I am happy to have this hat in my freezer, knowing it's there for my next migraine attack (as long as my kids don't steak it first!). It is comfortable and easy to use.

I originally purchased the gel cap for a potential headache or migraine but my son loves using it. He's autistic and loves the pressure from the cap on his head.

A must have for any home. The easy to use head wrap is best in my opinion when kept in fridge ready to use at all times. It slips in easily and stays put. The gel squares can be slightly adjust to get the best use out of it. I use whenever I get a headache or migraines and it helps to relieve it fast.

Bought this for my migraines and I also use it for tension headaches. It is easy on/off, is comfortable to wear and fits pretty well. The coldness is great if you give it time enough to chill. I do wish it would hold the cold a bit longer. Maybe I have a hot head...or I should have bought 2, to swap them out. I recommend this product.

Headwrap is lightweight and pulls on easily and is comfortable. Can be adjusted to cover eyes. Since the headwrap had extra space at top I also purchased a set of ice bags to use on top of my head and be held in place by the headwrap somewhat. Works pretty good and i get cooling of my entire head. Really helps with a bad headache. When using any ice wrap/bag remember to use a towel while lying down. I've had no problem but i don't want another headache just in case. I keep my headwrap in the freezer but if you want to keep it in your first aid kit they do send it folded in a heavy duty sealable clear plastic bag.
