The ice pack ice pack has the feel of a weighted blanket. It will need to be placed in a cover, I use a pillow case. It holds cold for more than 2 hrs.

I had lower back surgery, back and hip pain has been really bad, this ice pad wrapped in a bath towel helps ease the pain a lot. This large side helps back and hips at the same time.

Before purchasing this I saw pic with it on a neck I should have looked closer! I really was in need of it for the NECK! As there is No way to keep it in place on the Neck the strap that came with it is Crazy Long! Guess I'll cut that LONG strap off and put it inside my pillow case as with others, very disappointed hoping to have it fit securely in place on my neck which I still didn't get ! Not for NECKS ! Unless maybe using on an elephant……
