Works well stays cold longer than 20 min which is recommended max time works well
Thicker and better quality than others that have cost more. Large surface and stays cold for a long time. Best to use on top of clothing or wrapped in a thin towel. It would be effective for any injury. I use it to keep cool during heat waves and when I have a hot flash.
Perfect for when you need an ice pack for your shoulders.

Coldness lasts, and the pack staus flexible. Does not stay on the neck without holding as much as I would like.
After putting in freezer does not bend around neck
It just ok. It's not what I expected. It's very stiff when frozen.
Not comfortable at all, very stiff when cold and won't stay on your neck. Not what I was expecting. As along as your laying down it will work.
