I am obsessed with this couch! So happy to get it on sale! Shipping was fast, arrived much faster than I expected and all three pieces came all in one delivery. It is my dream couch. Comfy and cozy and huge, it is the perfect amount of firmness. It is just the perfect addition to my living room.

This is an amazing looking couch. little bit on the firmer side even though it says cloud. but I was looking for aesthetics more than comfort. the seller is a great business person as well. happy to have done business with them.

I love the couch, and the seller was amazing! My only complaint is with Fedex they made this a horrible experience but the seller rectified the issue even though it wasn’t their fault. The seller was very responsive and sprung right into action which I appreciated. But again, FEDEX SUCKS!

Better price on Walmart than wayfair! I love the look of it! Put it together in under an hour with a friend! 2 boxes came first and the third the next day! It’s firm but comfy! Sits very low and is bigger than expected! Overall I really like this couch!

The worst part about the couch was the way in which it was received. When I purchased the couch, it was to be a 3 day delivery. I received only a piece of the furniture in 3 days, with no information on the remaining parts of the sofa. I had to reach out to the seller to receive additional tracking information. That could have been more transparent from the beginning that there was separate tracking. I have been waiting for over a week to receive the remaining pieces of the sofa and it is frustrating. The pieces that I have received were easy to assemble and a very nice size. Only one person required to assemble.

for what i spent on this couch you'd think it wouldn't be hard as a rock after 1.5 months.., fabric is soft but it sits extremely low to the ground, there's no actual structure or framing to it, and on top of that it's incredibly hard and shows no signs of becoming soft or "worn in". Back pillows are feather but are very loose and crunchy sounding

I order this couch about two weeks ago and I received only part of the order. I ordered the two seat and Ottoman and I only received one seat an ottoman. The couch is pretty and is firm( my preference) . For those who prefer a really plush couch this may not be the couch for you. As of right now I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase this couch as you may not receive the whole package.
