Magic Mixies Pixlings Shimmerverse 6.5" Fashion Doll Series, Faye the Fairy Pixling, Ages 5+

These dolls take cute to a whole other level by adding fun fairy aesthetics with a great sense of style and adorably creative fashion. They are some of my favorite toys on the market today because they meld these two worlds together so brilliantly and enthusiastically. Imagine pixies the size of Barbie Extra Minis, just under 6 inches tall, with little removable shoes and soft goods skirts. These will likely be the most beautifully colored dolls in your collection, as they definitely are in mine.

This fairy is so much fun! I get one for my daughter every birthday and Christmas, it's interactive after she gets it and then she loves playing with them after. They're one of her favorite toys.

Magic Mixies are a favorite in my household. I LOVE that the dolls are not blind box and you can tell which is which by the gem at the top. Makes buying them such a pleasant experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy opening packing you don't take doll out immediately as it ruins the surprise you open her out at the end after you follow steps wirh the pixling elixir. Need to follow directions with the sheet it comes with as there is a step by step guide labeled. At the end of adding all ingredients it says you turn a moon gem at the top of the container thing it comes in and say a magic word two times. And the potion turns clear. And it displays doll very easy to take doll out . Super fun and exciting for little girls and suggests parents help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The magic mixies pixlings doll was ok. I don't know if the one I had was defective but once we did the magic word nothing changed. I left it in the water for 2 days after wasn't much of a change until I poured the water out and the doll and tray slides out. I did like the packaging and the different portions you put it to make the doll. My girls enjoyed the bonding.

She's 6 so this toy might be more suitable for an older child. The concept was there just not an ideal toy for someone my daughter's age.

The only issue was that the doll did not pop up and I had to unscrew the top to get it out. Other than that, they love the doll.
