Great for Diabetic or Keto diet. All protein. No carbs. Tastes great! I like to add chopped walnuts, protein powder, and a sprinkle of cinnamon with Unsweetened Almond milk. Very filling, doesn't take much that way. Keeps me filling full for hours. Also, like the Chocolate flavor box, like to mix the two and use Chocolate flavored protein powder, tastes like a snack that way. Very satisfying. A bit pricey though, but worth it for health reasons.

Very exciting. This will be used in a colorful and fun Sassy Snack mix with other no sugar added treats for a Meals on Wheels donation for sugar restricted recipients at Meals on Wheels Orange County NC. GREAT!! Mixed with other colorful Magic Spoon cereals AND no sugar snack mix ingredients...SO COLORFUL AND PRETTY!!

Great cereal if you are looking to up your protein intake! It does have a decent amount of crunch (although of course gets soggy quite quickly) but honestly out of all the protein cereals, this one is the best. Others (like Ghost) don't even come close with their artificial tasting cardboard snacks - this one is the real deal.

Gave these a try as I heard they tasted like Fruit Loops. They do! Love the taste! Ate the specified serving with unsweetened almond milk and I had no spikes to my glucose numbers. Definitely a favorite and now a staple in our house! Highly recommend!!!

My favorite Magic Spoon protein cereal is the fruity flavor, they taste absolutely amazing. This cinnamon is good with milk, and in my opinion, that is the only way they really taste good. without milk, they have a sponge type crunch and they really have a bad texture.

I couldn't believe how flavorful this cereal was for something on the healthier side. The Magic Spoon Cinnamon Crunch Grain-Free Cereal has a great cinnamon taste and satisfying crunch... it doesn't feel like a “diet” cereal at all. I mixed some in with cottage cheese and sliced strawberries, and it honestly felt like eating dessert. Nutritionally, it's impressive: around 13–14g of protein per serving, only 4g of net carbs, and no added sugar (it's sweetened with allulose and monk fruit instead). It's also gluten-free and grain-free, which makes it great for low-carb or keto diets. The ingredients include milk protein blend, tapioca starch, cocoa powder, and natural flavors... generally clean, though some might find the sweeteners or protein aftertaste noticeable if they're sensitive to that sort of thing. I've been dieting lately and this has become an easy go-to when I need something quick before work or crave something sweet at night. The only real downside is the cost... with just five servings per box, it adds up fast. Still, for a high-protein, grain-free option that actually tastes good, it's one of the better cereals I've tried. Bag is easy to open.

This cereal is so good but I'm telling you now, you will eat the whole box in a day. If you're shopping online and don't have an idea of the size, this is not the family size box. This is like 4 big bowls worth if you're somebody who likes to eat and is trying to get your macros in!

They changed the ratio of ingredients and now you will notice the coating comes off almost immediately and now it tastes completely differently. I used to love this cereal but its trash now. Use AI and look up what they did. It will tell you that they changed things to save money, even though they are charging us nearly $10 a box! Just dont buy this garbage.

Weird texture cereal in the shape of Cheerios, but made out of something that cements itself to your teeth. Very unpleasant texture and mouthfeel. Not crunchy and not good as a snack. Very chocolatey but otherwise it's simply not worth over $8 a box! I wouldn't waste my money on this small box of cereal again.
