sea monkeys! they are the same as sea monkeys my daughter went nuts when they finally hatched. I did think anything would actually happen but after about 19 day we had 4 mermaids!

Super cute. If you read the basket before purchase you see you get small plushes. They do have thier names on them, which are cute as well. My kids loved them!!

Omg it took 3 days and almost all hatched we have about 100 mermaids but daughter loves watching them swim but does anyone know what they actually are I definitely recommend getting these little critters

3 days and they have hatched. Grandma bought these for the grandkids to hatch with Nana (they spend more time with me). We forgot to stir them the first 2 days but stirred the 3rd day and they hatched. I explained to the girls that they wouldn't look like the mermaids on the picture and they are excited to see what happens next. I didnt want them to be disappointed.

I bought 2 of these they are actually Triop, I am not sure of the species though and have been trying to dig further into it as one of our pack of eggs did not hatch and my daughter is very disappointed. I would like for someone to give me a specific type of Triop so I can go and buy some more eggs and the tanks are the same.

i just got this today i had sea monkeys years ago but my baby cousin knocked the tank over and they never got to hatch but they are the same but what they really are is brine shrimp you can buy just brine shrimp eggs offline in the future if you still have this little set up to hatch more i hope that these will hatch but either way if they dont its fine i really just got them to grow live food for my fish

So far my 5 year is excited! We are just now on day 3, nothing has hatched but she will sit and watch them then go on about her day and come back and check. Finggers crossed for some good “mermaids” will update once something happens or doest.

Got this for my 3yo she was so excited for it . Did step one with the water cleaner . Today went to pour in the eggs and noticed they sent us 2 packs of eggs but no food how disappointing can't find any kind of customer service for this company online ..

Got it for my daughter that loves mermaids. She has waited 5 days for little particles of whatever to move around (swim). It doesn't look like mermaids. Maybe we need to wait longer. Just does not seem like a toy for kids. I'll update if anything exciting happens, but for now I'm disappointed with this product.

Bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter- followed instructions and just ended up with murky disgusting looking water- No mermaid/ very disappointed child!
