Noisy if you are trying to use it to relax, but great for working on tight back muscles for those who work long hours at a computer.

Best money spent on a massager. Great for everything!!!

It has some flaws such as size, noise level, and suggested restrictions on how long it can be used on one body part, as well as cumulatively at one time, but it delivers on its intended purpose. I would by it again and recommend to a friend.

Do not buy the wand from here. The one I received broke after less than 3 months and when I tried to send it back to the manufacturer, they could not replace it because it was a counterfeit. It says it is made in China when the Magic Wand is made in Japan, and the sticker on the bottom says 5v where is should be 10v. The problem with that other than it is lower quality, is there's no way to find out what materials it is made out of or who made it. They are coming from a third party (Honestly I forget who, but it is not Wal-Mart.). Customer service contacted them to contact me and I've heard nothing. If you want a real magic wand, go to magicwandoriginal, and take a look at their "Where to Buy" list.

I was disastified with this product which I purchased for use as a neck and back massager. When I tried to return it, I was told it was not returnable and that the seller was not Walmart but was a sex toy shop. I did not intend to buy a sex toy. When I followed up with customer service, Walmart said the seller would be in contact within 48 hours. That never happened and my subsequent attempts to get help from Walmart customer service have been unsuccesful. Terrible product description and customer service.

Battery worked great for one use now dies after about 1 minute

Awful product. Buy another quality product Stops, cheaply made!

Didn't work as expected, Walmart would not allow return. Threw in the trash

This is not the 10v massager that i thought i was buying. It is lighter and only 5v so there for not as powerful as the one i had used before.

It quit holding a charge a little after a month. Only works plugged in now and has gotten loud.
