Overall this brooder pen is EASY to use, EASY to clean, and EASY to fold back up into its very compact storage case. The ONLY caveat is the material needs to be a little heftier. We were very mindful of our handling of the brooder, but at a couple seams , one on the mesh top between the top and zipper, and the other along the framework below a window, but at the nylon to nylon seam came apart. The one in the mesh top may have been in construction, as it can be easily resewn, I think they just missed on the seam allowance. But the nylon to nylon is a tear, we will have to devise a patch system to re-enforce all of the seams where the framework pushes before using it again... As upon closer inspection before cleaning, in full open mode these areas are under a lot of stress and all show signs of being ready to split. We had a total of 10 chick in it for about 3 weeks before moving them to their forever home. I would call 10 MAX for this brooder, as it was quite crowded by rehome date. Ideally, we would have wanted 2 of these if we had more than 10. (Our first time hatching chicks)

Everything else is great but the heater is not very good
