Carlyle Magnesium is a good product for health
I like this company. I've ordered many Carlyle supplements from Walmart.com. They usually have very competitive pricing and good products, IMO. Good for the brain, easy on the gut, well absorbed. Helps with everything, according to my research. Commercials are constantly saying that people are lacking in Magnesium so it's a good investment for your overall health, I think.

Magnesium bisglycinate 665 mg only one for me
It's very easy to take it I do take 2 capsules every night and they work great it's been 2 years since I started taking this kind of magnesium biglycinate 665 mg and I ve seen a difference it to everyone my sister my daughter etc
