I've been buying these for probably about a year now for my 3 kids. They like them and usually take them around bedtime. It helps them to relax a bit. Sometimes when they seem to be a little extra moody, they take one during the day. It really does seem to help them calm down.

He enjoys this brand over others I've tried to use in a pinch or as a substitute. Also, this is a magnesium citrate supplement so the absorption rate is higher. If they could find a way to include magnesium glycinate and the L-Threonate.

I am an adult and find this helps with my restless legs/feet at night. Strange, I know. I don't understand how/why but it does work. Originally purchased this for anxiety and to help me sleep at night. Didn't want to take an actual sleeping pill due to possible side effects. I don't use it every night, only when feet and legs are restless or if I haven't been able to sleep for three nights in a row. I find I have vivid dreams when taking it. I take four at once. These are great for my 8 and 12 year olds. They are calming, but do not put them to sleep. They really helped my 12 year old with the start of middle school and not feeling as anxious. He could take them in the morning and be fine throughout the day.

Happy that I bought this. I wanted to try.. My child goes to sleep easier. But, if I need her to fall asleep faster though, it doesn't work so efficiently.
