I'm a regular with purchasing the calming magnesium gummies. I bought them for my kids, my son who has autism and my daughter who is very hyperactive. I sometimes give them just one gummie instead of 2 and it actually calms them down. I've even taken some myself and I can say they definitely calmed me down

I am an adult and find this helps with my restless legs/feet at night. Strange, I know. I don't understand how/why but it does work. Originally purchased this for anxiety and to help me sleep at night. Didn't want to take an actual sleeping pill due to possible side effects. I don't use it every night, only when feet and legs are restless or if I haven't been able to sleep for three nights in a row. I find I have vivid dreams when taking it. I take four at once. I cleared this with my family doctor before I started using them. I have purchased several bottles so far and plan on continuing to use the gummies. Recommend.
