Most people should take a magnesium supplement. There are several different types of magnesium, and they all do different things for your body. This one is a multi magnesium vitamin so it has more than one in a single pill. Check all your magnesium boxes at once. I take it night to help me sleep, keep me regular, and help me with general muscle aches. I have migraines so hoping this will help with that too. It's really a one size fits all supplement that I recommend for almost everyone.
Very easy to swallow capsules. Today is day one of trying this supplement, but I will certainly update later with my personal experience. The purchase price is very affordable and the ingredients are clean. I do recommend this product. Thank you Walmart for helping keep your customers healthy and happy!
I love magnesium but I'm so excited to use this one for a few more days. It helps me sleep so I love magnesium. I especially love these because they are not too huge (capsules). Also the price is perfect.
Ohhhh I like these capsules FAR better than I do the Mag-Ox 400 tablets I've been taking forever! I'm DEFINITELY 💯 switching to this as I get more forms of magnesium that just the one, and I get to take LESS pills as well!
I have been using this item all year and I feel that it has really made a difference. It's easy to take and provides the extra nutrients that my body needs. It is packaged in an easy to open container.
I take a 10 in 1 magnesium, so I thought I'd give this a try. It's a higher dose than the one I take, so 1 capsule will be enough. It fors help with sleep and also digestion, so I do recommend taking it.
I have been taking this supplement for about 2 weeks and I have noticed I have been sleeping alot better. And when I sleep I'm getting the good REM sleep. I have not yet noticed any other changes
This magnesium product has 8 different types of magnesium. Magnesium is healthy for you if you take the right kind. I know I will get the benefits of the different types of magnesium product.

Very good balance of energy during the day and helps with na natural melatonin for more sound and restful sleep during the night was less waking up
