Magnesium Concentrate

These drops are such an easy and quick way to get a dose of magnesium in every morning. It can add a bit of a metallic flavor to drinks but that can be remedied by adjusting the dosage. It's a great quality product that has contributed greatly to stress relief and hair health over the past couple years of use. I add it to my coffee and found that it rounds out the flavor exceptionally.

I don't love the taste but that's chloride anyways. I like taking liquid magnesium more than capsules. The magnesium works well. No problem with bowels after taking this.

This magnesium does taste a bit, but it's not too overwhelming or something that would deter me to use this product. Dropper is very easy to use and easy to travel with. I enjoy the liquid form, and I don't see a difference whether I take it on an empty stomach or not. I've been using this mineral for about three months now, and my hormonal acne has lessened and my sleep quality has improved.

It's sort of hard to review this product. It is a new addition for me and I hope I'm getting the health benefits from it. I noticed I might be sleeping better since taking it but not sure yet. It really tastes bad if you take directly, so put it in some water.

I started taking this for my skin, no results yet on that front but after a couple of days my sleep quality increased ten fold, i fall asleep easier and dont wake up in the middle of the night anymore. Nothing to say about ingredient, size, package, joint, muscle, mineral, hormone, taste is a little sweet, there are many types of magnesium and this one works for me

I took it before sleep, and it helped me to relax and I was able to sleep for about 7 hours, though I did wake up but I was able to go back to sleep. I will buying more of this, as I have been only able to sleep for about 4-5 hours for years. Wish I knew about benefits of magnesium earlier.

First thing about this product to me is average ingredient is average quality is average size is the normal size they sell. I love having it in my diet, but it can you get it from any other source to me it's not very practical to have each one by itself is age. I guess you can use it.
