This type of magnesium really helps. It is one of the best absorbable types of magnesium and it doesn't upset my stomach.

It's good magnesium glacinate apparently, However The front label is misleading. I want to know how much actual magnesium is in the pills, for my prescribed dose of 550 mg of actual magnesium, I would have to take 7 pills.
