I've been really happy with this magnesium glycinate. It's easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and helps me feel more relaxed, especially at night. I've noticed better sleep and overall it seems like good quality. I would recommend it.
Capsule easy to swallow. No after taste.
These capsules are easy to swallow and the strongest strength with Querentin I could find. They are a fabulous value and I've been using it for about a year to help with sleep and muscle aches.

I've purchased this product several times now. I like that it has Quercetin. I take it every night.
This is actually my preference brand. I make sure I never run out.
Really like this product. It helps relax to relax me which makes me sleep better.
Seems to help with the issue
Sadly, it made me jittery, and I couldn't sleep after taking it. I tried multiple times and it did the same thing each time. I was fine when I didn't take it so I went back to my old type.
