I recommend this product.
It's very easy to use. I put a dropped full under my tongue, hold it there as ling as I can %26 then swallow it. I have trouble keeping my magnesium level's up. If it gets too low I get confused %26 my husband takes me to the ER where I have to have magnesium by IV. Since I've been taking this product this has not happened. This product has twice the magnesium as the previous product I was using. So I use one dropper full instead of 2. The price is a good value %26 free shipping! I'll keep using it as long as I can get it.
