We like that this has other vitamins in addition to magnesium. These chewables are helpful for those that have difficulty swallowing capsules. All the flavors from this brand taste good.

Magnesium gummies
I returned these cause they contained magnesium citrate which are known to cause diaherra. I was looking for plain magnesium glycinate to help me sleep.

Dangerous Dosage
I have been taking this magnesium for a little over a week, and I have been extremely tired, having a hard time waking up. I double checked my bottle today, and the label says it is 2500mg! I ordered 500mg! I have been extremely lethargic, and now I know why. Either don't order this, or check your bottle when it arrives to make sure it's the right one.
