I really like these, and now...so does my husband. The flavor is great too. I do feel it helps my husband sleep, and it does the same for myself. I use the magnesium for my multiple sclerosis. I have painful, constant spasming of my neck and upper back, and it helps some with that in mind.

Been using the magnesium glycinate for months now. Like the way they put me in a deep sleep, with no crazy dreams. Tried quite a few others that didn't work. These have actual glycinate in them. I don't love how they stick together when you are halfway thru bottle, hard to get out.

I love my magnesium and take it religiously. The first bottle I got was melted or something. The gummies were all stuck together and very difficult to get out. But every bottle since then has been perfect.

Take two of these every night to help with sleep and they're awesome. Have taken pill version before and not as effective. Paired with progestin is a magic sleep potion lol!
