Good for low carb lifestyle
Magnesium is a must for me on a low carb diet. It helps me out with going to the bathroom. I appreciate the size of this medicine compared to others. It doesn't smell the best, but I don't expect it to.

Works for Muscle Issues
I regularly get muscle cramps in my legs and charley horses in the strangest places. Doctors can't find a reason and I've tried all kinds of different products and of all sorts. After years of unrelenting misery, I found Nature's Bounty Magnesium 500mg. It doesn't make them stop but it does make them much less intense. It's also easily accessible and affordable. I don't mind the size, it's worth the payoff and there's no smell or taste. Bonus points for a flip top lid.

The packaging of Nature Bounty look nice .The taste is good for me . Nature Bounty 1 capsule maintains a lot of vitamins . There are very good and help a lot for body and health bone and muscles . It's valve money to spend for good products as Nature Bounty Brand.
