One of the better forms of magnesium. I take one tablet in the moring, two at night. I take it as a heart healthy supplement, seems to help with leg cramps with no side effects.

magnesium taurate is just what I needed help me sleep better no more cramps in my feet or legs this is one of the vitamins that your body really needs you need to look it up I was shocked when I looked it up
I liked that the magnesium arrived a week early. What I don't know if I do like is whether or not the magnesium taurate is going to work. It's been a week and I don't feel any less anxious. Let's see how I feel after 3 or 4 more weeks. I'm hoping for some relief from anxiety.
We've been taking this since we purchased it but last night when I took out the capsules a bug came out. I freaked out threw it yo the floor and smashed it. I'm afraid to take any more.
