I've been sewing for decades and I love anything that can help me continue sewing an even seam! So I was very excited to get these same guides!
Conn's:
1. The orange and pink seam guides have weak magnets. They feel like they are strong at first, while sewing two thick layers of fabric together, The orange and pink scene guides moved. Not dependable.
2. The green one on the bottom has a pink slightly sticky gummy material surrounding the magnet and the magnet is not flat but crooked/angled.
Pros
1. The Green One has a big really strong magnet and can help with curves. It did not move for me even sewing thick fabrics together.
2. Each of them have a small narrow rectangular opening to help you while placing the same guides.
3. I like that the orange seam guide has a seam ripper! Sometimes my hands hurt and having that big orange seam guide to hold on to, instead of the narrow short handles on normal seam rippers is great!
I personally sew pretty narrow seams in garments to allow for fitting/tailoring so these would not be that helpful for me for garments. But for crafts I think these sewing guides will work great!
