Known for cortisol and belly fat reduction
It is my understanding that this lowers cortisol which is important in itself, and that lowered cortisol also leads to lower belly fat. I have felt that this lowers cortisol, and that when I don't take it for awhile, my cortisol levels are back up some, which reminds me to take it. I have had a belly fat issue even though I was not getting nearly enough calories, but recently figured out foods I could better prepare and eat to address that issue. Increasing my calories significantly has very quickly helped my arm and leg strength and bone/back pain and overall physical ability a great deal, but NONE of those calories seem to be going to my belly fat, which may not be visibly reduced, but it does feel more comfortable, so something is changing.
