Like: fits well, easy to manipulate. Dislike: brackets on chair for footboards rub on my legs causing pain.

This wheeliwas a life changer to my family member that struggles every day getting around. Due to losing strength and muscles in their legs. This gives them more of a nice support for them with also bad anxiety, PTSD

not for a 500lb person like it says. The wheel spokes are made of plastic. My husband turned in it and i heard this loud crack like something broke. I have not had a chance to look at it yet to see what did break, but something did the wheel is wobbly now. Only used it for 3 weeks. and just for transport.

this chairhas two setting for the wheels and comes standard at the tallest settingm. it comes qith a tool that doesnt work for any of the work on the chair. when you have a wheelchair you have to tighten bolts and sometimes he even have to replace wheels. when I contacted the seller all they told me was why I needed a tool and why would I need to change or alter the wheels? that isn't anyone's business but I humored them. they came back and told me that it could alter the performance of the chair and they have to get back to me. The chair is rendered useless to me if I can't reach the wheels and the setting right now is so high that when I sit in the chair my feet don't touch the ground. as a semi-ambulatory person, it is extremely important that I be able to touch the ground, reach my wheels and be independent. the fact that this company doesn't think that I should be able to do maintenance on my own chair is completely unacceptable. I won't be buying from them again.
