They were easy to set up on my new smart tv. they worked well and stayed charged all night for my sister to wear on our vacation.

For the price these are great headphones

These Mahipey Hybrid Active Noise Canceling headphones were just an average pair of headphones at best and they definitely did NOT live up to their name of noise canceling. I needed a new set of headphones since I gave the ones I had to my daughter because she needs them for help with distractions but I got too used to using them at night to fall asleep with. Unfortunately, the sound quality was lacking even with having a few different setting options. The big base mode is terrible, fake sound and too forward which covers the rest of the music while the rest of the settings just sounded kind of tinny and small. The construction of the headphones themselves seems ok, maybe a little too hard plastic so I'm not sure about the hope for longevity if they get dropped somewhat frequently. I do have a smaller size head and even at their smallest, they felt too loose for comfort, almost like they wanted to fall forward but didn't. Even with the extra padding at the top it sort of brushed the top of my hair and I found that almost more annoying. I'm pretty positive most people won't have that issue, if anything, it actually may work better for you if you do have a larger size head, but I felt it worth noting all the same. About the only things I liked were the color and the material the ear cups are made of. The cups ARE super comfy honestly and are truly off the ear, meaning that your ears are cradled nicely inside which I found I prefer... the ones sitting on top of the ears cause pressure after a while which makes wearing for longer periods of time less comfortable for me personally. I also believe this kind of ear cup typically helps with sound canceling but as I mentioned, these definitely did not! This is what I found to be the most disappointing and the main reason I chose to return them. I had no idea how much that would bother me until I got these and they were so much worse than the pair I gave to my daughter and tbh, I'm not comparing these to anything special either, just another random headphone purchase that if memory serves, they were only around $25-$30. Maybe I did get lucky with my daughter's pair, I just really don't recommend this set since I know you can get better and even at the same price point. My recommendation is to look elsewhere unless you don't care about sound quality and you DO want to hear every little noice around you. If you only care about ear comfort, maybe these ARE the ones for you.... just definitely buy the extra insurance protection as it seems to be good coverage and you'll probably need it! They weren't loud enough for me and it was hard for me to take calls using them. Perfect for my 3 year old though.
