This is definitely worked for me. It also trims the back fat as well. The shape is really made for Comfort and the fit is perfect. I always size down one just so I can get the tightest fit. It really does slim the thighs as well. This is a great quality item, for the price. I absolutely love these.

I love the material, it doesn't feel dry like cotton or polyester, it doesn't make me sweat, on the contrary, when I feel hot, the fabric stays fresh, it's stretchy but still tight. I used to wear small but since I gained weight the small ones started to roll on the legs, so I had to start buying Medium, which fits perfectly, but I noticed the price went from $13 to $22 in the last year, also I have to buy it in person because every time I order to be delivered, I get the wrong kind of shapewear. I also have one without strips for when I wear strapless dresses.

I bought this in size M by mistake (168 pounds, 5'7" tall), and even though I could wear it, I felt it digging into my shoulders. So I got the size L and I really like how it feels and how much it improved my overall look when I'm wearing a dress. Really recommend. Of course, take into account that you'll have to remove it to use the restroom 🚺.

New improved! Bought these 15 years ago when SPANX first showed up. At the time, SPANX cost $60. This girl is NOT paying that outrageous amount. I'm long-waisted and WalMart's original one's had short, non-adjusting shoulder straps. These new improved SPANX have adjustable shoulder straps. Yeah! This undergarment is perfect for holding in that belly-flap we Momma's have. Could get a tummy tuck. Or. Just wear a SPANX under that Little Black Dress for a figure slimming look. Much cheaper.

By mistake I ordered the size M. It did fit me, albeit somewhat tight. Therefore I will order the size L next time. I think it should fit well. I am 5'7" and 168 pounds. I hope this information benefits those ladies looking for something to smooth out the back bulges. I'm 51 yo and now I'm worried for that showing up whenever I wear dresses 👗🥻.

I've been wearing these undergarments for a few years now. I have back pain that gets relief from compression. I have also lost a lot of weight over the past few years. It smooths everything out nicely without giving up the comfort of my own bra! I size down for extra compression but I'd say they are true to size

I really like the fit and comfort of this shape wear but the back fat DOES spill out the top. The cut in the back is too low so I would prefer it to come up much higher and prevent spillage, other than that is has great support and the legs do not ride up. Would recommend if you don't need the support under the arm and upper back.

The size of the Maidenform Women's Shapewear mid thigh bodysuit with tummy control was good and the material was comfortably soft. My problem is there is not enough control to help with hiding my cellulite! The type of dress I wore needed to hold my waist and thighs better.

It did what it was made to do and was great...at first. Wore it under a dress at a wedding, after about an hour I noticed that where the strap came up by my armpit was starting to get sore. By the end of the evening, my skin was on fire there. Other than that it worked great, but I won't be putting myself through that again.

Well, last week I ordered this for pick up a few hours before a garden party i had to attend. My husband picks it up for me and by the time he got home I was running late, so I quickly ripped the tags off.. Which turned out to be a mistake because it did nothing for my shape. Didn't wear the dress and rushed out the door. I discovered why, because it was a medium. I rechecked my order and I definitely ordered a small. (I wasn't 100% sure the small would work and I had trusted the order--it never Crossed my mind to double check the size) So now it's been a week, I've taken the tags off, do not have the receipt and I tried it on. Huge bummer. I hope your experience will be better than mine.
