Im 5'4 150lbs 40 inch hips 34 waist and ordered a large. I think maybe I could have squeezed into a medium but still haven't tried. Everything fit comfortably with out being completely restricted except barely loose around the butt, I didn't get any lift I guess because I have a flatter butt and didn't fill the seat out but it wasn't saggy or noticable, just not very tight, but held tight around the the waist and belly. Its very comfortable and smoothed out my stomach and made my dress look nice. Hope my measurements help.

I purchased this to put under my dresses and it works out great, I love it. I feel it does run small so make sure you order one size larger.

Normally I will need a 3xl for proper fit and support but for this item had to drop a size to 2xl for the support and fit desired. May even try an xl for more firm support. It is a well made item but sizing has been variable.

it gives a good lift but top does roll down

I purchased this to support the compression in my spine as I have an older version by Maidenform. The waistband is super tight (I suppose to help keep it from rolling) and the top part of the brief was not firm enough for the support I was looking for. So- lots of support where I didn't need it, and not enough where I do.

This garment looks nice under clothing but doesn't feel like it will hold up well. It just feels kind of cheap. For what I paid, it is fine but I don't expect it to last

Definitely runs small. I went by measurements on manufacturers chart, but it's super tight at elastic in waist %26 thighs. i should have sizes up

The fabric was what you would expect ,The compression seem good. It's just that it came in really dirty with smudges on it and if I re-order I need to size down..

Sizing runs 'VERY' small. I didn't even try it on. Held it up my body and knew it wasn't going to stretch far enough and still be comfortable. I'm slim -I wear size 6 slacks.

Frequently purchased for years, no matter how much I weigh, and I have NEVER had an issue like this. Disgusted, I received a worn pair of panties. The obviously used item was more than "just tried on" and turned a happy customer, reluctant to return.
