mail chime wireless transmitter & audible arrival alert receiver w/ bright led

This is our third different model, the first two a different brand name. Neither of the first two worked at all so we sent them back for refund. THIS MODEL WORKS PERFECTLY WELL. It seems very well-built. It was easy to install. it is great to know when the mail arrives instead of making trips to the curb in the rain, snow, blizzard, and any other bad weather around here just to see if it has arrived or not. New electric mail trucks do not make the sounds that the older ones did.

This is the second mailbox alert that I have bought the first one lasted years so I bought the same one just installed it. It is working great I would say it is 80 yards from the house

I am very impressed. Great customer service - they actually called me back. I have a mailbox about 350 ft from the house - customer service told me that was about the max range. It was working when I held it outside the mailbox, but inside the mailbox was not always working.... I found a simple solution - I simply turned the device from horizontal to vertical and the light hits it perfectly and the device is working. I am so impressed. This will save me multiple fruitless walks to the mailbox!

So far so good! I'm disabled from a car accident and i hope this helps me out. I live on a very busy road that takes forever to cross and quite dangerous with big gravel trucks and lots of cars all day long!

Absolutely love it. No more going to mail box for nothing.

When the mailbox is opened, the receiver sounds like a telephone ringing rather loudly - the ring can be turned off. It lasted about a week before the transmitter in the mailbox fell apart and I had to use some different hardware to put it back together. Other than that minor problem, it works as advertised.

I did not care for the way it attaches to the mail box door. It fell off and I ended up using a piece of dict tape to reattach it! Kind of ugly but got the job done.

it would not work in the house. i assume too many electronics. it is working on our porch.

Doesn't work 3/4 of the time, no chime goes off.
