I've had a swimming pool for over 29 years and always use this ladder. It last a long time and the last one I had broke

Buy it directly from Main Access because In the Swim has poor customer service.

This ladder works really well and was easy to attach to our deck. my husband did secure the ladder with a screw on each side where it fits into the flanges just for safety sake. the steps are wider then the the steps that were bought with the pool.

Ladder floats. Not stable and won't stay in place

Very happy with the ladder, it is perfect for my pool. Not happy with the fact that the handles have dents in them. Product should have been packaged better. When I called customer service to have the handles replaced, I was told I would have to send the whole ladder back…… really just send me 2 new handles!!! I want to be able to get in and out of my pool!!!

The ladder itself was easy to put together and install but it came with no directions. I expected the ladder to be more stable in the water but it sways a lot and feels like it should be weighted down at the bottom.

It was missing the hardware

Haven't tried it out yet but just installed. When we took it out of the box, both bars were pretty badly dented.

We have owned this ladder model before, but the version we received in 2021 is not the same. First, I had to drill holes into the metal myself - no pre drilled holes. Second, the hand rails are cheap, bendable aluminum; not strong at all. Nobody wanted to use this ladder to get in or out of the pool because it wasn't safe. I returned it to the pool supply house.
