Mainstays 11x14 Matted to 8x10 Front Loading Picture Frame, Black

I've bought these frames in store and online. I think it's probably better to go in store if you can because they do break easily. That being said - if you get a broken one via Mail - they're easy to return. To save yourself some annoyance though just so in stores.

For the price these frames are great! I bought a few in store, but they've been out of stock since and I wanted lots more. I found them on Walmart.com and the frames came in a few different packages. The first was packaged perfectly, each frame wrapped in thick paper and no damage occurred to these frames. The second box came, packaged less neatly and some frames were not damaged and others had a few chips in the glass. The third box came with the frames just stacked one on top of the other with some packaging paper on top and the glass for all of these frames were shattered to bits and pieces. If you can, buy them in store! If not, you may be dealing with having to go to the store for returns and hope the next box comes properly packaged.

shipping was outstanding ordered it on a friday and received it the following day. Of the 8 frames all but 1 had a little piece missing . I thought on the ist 2 it was meant to be maybe to help get the glass out to insert new picture but they were all in different places. It wasn't really noticeable, and for the price i was satified.

They aren't fancy, but they have minimal frame, which is what I wanted to display photos. Front load is easy.

I ordered 11 by mail. All arrived broken except one. I do like how minimal the frame is only wish they could stock these in the store so I could buy them there.

These look great when they aren't damaged. Ordered six, really happy with four of them, but the black frame has two pieces chipped out on one and another had warped glass. For the price they're a good gamble but be prepared to possibly return

I ordered a set of 20 picture frames and they all came in one box. 6/20 frames were broken or chipped from the glass as they didn't have any paper or protection between them and as for the box it wasn't labeled from the outside fragil. Other than that product came in earlier than expected.

I would not order these for delivery. If you can go to the store and buy them, do it. I took a chance and and had the eight I ordered shipped. I will say that great care had been taken to ensure they didn't get damaged in transit. But one had a nicked corner of the frame, another a little piece broke off the side of the frame and on another, the glass was too big; it wasn't inside the frame in one corner and had been shrink-wrapped in this condition.

When I took the glass out of the frame, it cracked the plastic frame. It is very cheaply made, but it does the job. Just be extremely careful when opening it.

The cost to return broken frames for replacement is about the same as buying new ones. I bought three pairs of these. 6 frames in all. 2 arrived shattered. The packing was incompetent. Going through Walmart "Feedback" has proven pointless. I think I'll just place all future online orders with Amazon. They don't nickel and dime me with things like this, and stuff usually arrives intact.
