Mainstays 13 gal Plastic Swing Top Lid Kitchen Trash Garbage Can, Gray

This review is about the Mainstay's trash can. I like the size of this container. This trash can uses 13 gallon trash bags. I like the 13 gallon sized trash can for indoor use because it gets emptied more frequently than larger trash cans. I like that this size trash can allows for frequent emptying because it decreased unwanted odors indoors. I like that this trash can has a swivel lid which also conseals unwanted odors. I also like that this item is made of plastic and can be wiped down if necessary. I can also hose it down if it needs a deep cleaning periodically. The top to the trash can fits securely on top, and the swivel part of the lid can be removed easily as well. I like the light grey color of the Mainstay's trash can that I have because it matches the kitchen. This item is lightweight when empty and makes it easy for me to move it when necessary. One of my favorite features is the rectangular shape of this item. The rectangular shape allows me to easily tuck this trash can in the corner or underneath the kitchen counter so that it is out of the way. In total, the Mainstay's trash can with lid on top stands about 28 inches high, and it measures approximately 17 inches or so wide. I highly recommend this item for daily use.

When you push the lid in, you have to make sure there is enough room between the wall and the can or it will hit the wall behind it. It is made of polypropylene plastic, making it easy to clean. The dimensions are 12" L x 16" W x 28” H and fits where I need it to.

Perfect size for the kitchen, the gray matches my color perfectly. I like that it holds 13 gallons and the swing top works as it should. The swing door is an excellent touch especially when cooking no mess easy clean up. The lid swings and keeps me from having to open and close the lid manually. The construction is durable and really has held up. I would recommend this trash basket.

This 13 Gallon Trash Can by Mainstays is a really nice trash receptacle. It is made of plastic but it is heavy-duty and good quality. This makes it easy to keep it clean and will last for years. I love the large dual swing lid which is convenient and keeps the trash inside hidden. I ordered the gray one which goes nice with my kitchen decor. Great value!

I love this container! I know it says its for pet food, but since the lid doesn't close securely, I used it as a trash can and I am so glad i did! We had a round trash can that also had a flip lid but a different type. Because this container is rectangular it takes up less space and the lid doesn't keep flipping over when you put something in it. Would definitely recommend as a trash can, not a pet food container due to lid not closing air tight.

Perfect garbage can. I love the swing top makes it easy to throw trash and I don't have to look at the trash. Definite win there! It's a standard size and the 13 gallon bags fit perfectly. Wipes clean relatively easy as well. I would definitely recommend.

This trash can was just what I was looking for. Looks great. The swing top allow you to put paper and trash in it quickly. Perfect size. I can keep them clean as they are completely washable and dryable by just sitting in the sun. Definitely recommend it.
