Mainstays 16" 12-Speed Oscillating Pedestal Fan with Remote Control

This fan is excellent. It has 12 settings and I find I don't need to go above 5 as it moves the air quite well. It releases a nice breeze effect. It is extremely quiet. Very easy to put together. Delivery was free and it came the day after I ordered it.

I love these fans. We rarely keep it on speed 12. It's usually on between 4 and 6. This is the second one we've purchased, and we've had no issues with them. One thing to note, though, when you use the remote to turn the fan on it beeps, and when you increase or lower the speed, it beeps also, so if you're in a room where somebody is sleeping, it could be annoying but other than that, we've had no issues with these fans and they're easier to clean and they are height adjustable, which is awesome. Like I mentioned before we've purchased two and if I ever need another one, I'd buy this fan.

This is the best quality fan We've ever bought. It is quite heavy, won't just tip over and the fan sits firmly on the post without flopping down like cheaper models. Assembly was easy. We really like the quiet and the, convenience of the speeds, and rotation by remote. It does not blow air really fast but it is still very good in that respect.

Have two of these and they are great especially with the remotes. Have other stand fans but the Pelonis is the best and it doesn't have a huge base like the other ones. If you a reliable fan then the Pelonis is it. I've had one for years now. Well made and dependable.

The best pedestal fan on the market by far. I purchased three over the last few years. l had others and they don't even compare to this fan. You won't be disappointed!

No tools needed to assemble. It matches my previous fan and Remote runs both. Only issue I had was the cover screen is difficult To attach. So no kids in house I left it off.

I really want to love this fan but it seems to have an automatic 12 hour shut off. it's not clearly outlined in the manual. in the summer heat with no central ac, I need the fan blowing while I'm home. very annoying when I want to sleep in but am woken up because my fan cut off. I do love that it is super quiet, especially the lower settings and the base is very heavy so it doesn't tip over easily. easy to put together. this is my first time buying this brand and I'm overall impressed but I'll be looking for one without auto shut off

I like fans that make a lot of wind noise. If that's what you're looking for, this is not the fan for you. Also, when it's turned all the way up the base of it vibrates and makes a strange noise. The options for the height are either very short or very tall as the only option to adjust it is the remove a segment that screws into the base. I have it as its shortest height in my picture.

I strongly dislike that I have to remove and store a height pole to adjust the height. I dislike that the fan head insists on racing towards the ceiling no matter how many times I adjust it downward. I do like the 12 fan speeds though, and it sure is powerful and VERY QUIET

Fan has electrical problems. It will not run continuously, it shuts off constantly. Also fan blades sometimes are coming on delayed. Do not recommend this brand.
