Mainstays 16 x 20 Black Museum Poster Frame

It was a nice frame, however, the hanging mechanism was just punched into the back of the cardboard and not attached to the frame, so within a minute of hanging it, the hanger pulled out from the cardboard and the frame hit the floor and both the frame and the plastic glass broke.

This frame was s appealing to the eye but you get what you pay for. Corners are well mitered and the frame has a nice shape and width. The things to be aware of- there was no film covering the plastic, so I was surprised there were no scratches. The hooks on the very cheap cardboard backing are so flimsy that mine fell right off. I had to super glue it back on and pray it won’t fall off again and drop my poster to the floor. They really should make the backing and hooks much better.see picture

One was delivered and plastic over poster was all cracked when I received it with online order. Returned and got another that I cracked in two spots just putting poster in. Unfortunately covering is really cheap and cracks easily. Kept second one but not idea

This is a basic black frame - plexiglass front. it looks fine hanging. Very important to know - the hook on the back to hang with pulls off really easily, and there is no reattaching it after that.

I ordered this frame (24x30 size) for my 24x30 puzzle. My puzzle didn’t fit the frame is small so I have to return it. But the quality is good if the die was okay I would use it.

The frames were shipped in huge boxes with no protective wrapping, and they came in damaged and cracked. I had to return at least twice and reorder. After a great deal of difficulty and long conversation with a supervisor who finally helped me, I was able to make them work after a lot of aggravation and wasted time.

After I put my picture inside the frame, I tried to hang it. BOTH attachments for hanging immediately came off. I'll have to figure out another way to hang it.

The frame was shipped to us in a box that was more than 4 times the size of the frame. There was no packing material so the frame was left to bounce around freely all the way to our doorstep. Of course, it arrived damages and warped. The quality of the frame overall was not what we expected either. It was very cheap looking, the plastic window was not clear to see through, and we would have have kept it even if it wasn't damaged.

I received the frame damaged. It came wrapped in plastic. I drove 15 miles to fed ex. They wouldn’t take return because it wasn’t wrapped in plastic. I then went to Walmart and they wouldn’t take the return because they said fed ex already made a label. Two hours of my time and a Walmart employee that wouldn’t help me. I still have the broken frame and I’m still being charged for it . I just wanted another frame that isn’t broken. I’m a long time customer and was treated awful at Walmart when I tried to return it . I’ll keep the broken frame and promise to never spend a penny again in Walmart !

Item arrived damaged. Walmart app won’t allow me to talk to someone on chat or to receive a replacement item. Every time I order delivery theres an issue. Unfortunately I don’t have a vehicle so I am unable to go return it or pickup a new one.
