Mainstays 200-Count LED Mini Outdoor String Lights, with Brown Wire

I've used Mainstays string lights for years and never had any issue with any of them. I got these with brown wires so that they're a little less "out there" when using them on my Christmas tree, but mostly I intend to hang them around my back porch once the weather warms up again.

I was today years old when I learned the wonders of lights on brown wire. Clearly, we haven't been using brown wire for outside lights. Who knew? The lights are bright and lightweight. If it's all you have to put on an inside tree, the brown is hardly visible. But I wove it around a brown wreath. The wire disappeared. Highly recommend. This is the brand we use with green wire. Now we know what to do with brown wire.

These save energy since they are LED.All the bulbs worked and I like the brown color on the string.It looks better against the wood on my house.I think it would blend in better in shrubs also.Easy to hang up and to take down for storage.These can also be used all season to light up an area for outdoor get togethers like parties or BBQ.Fun for the kids to light up a fort.

I have the 200 count LED mini outdoor string lights that are made by Mainstays. These lights have a brown wire, which helps them to blend in with a lot of house trims. They are awesome lights! They look like Christmas tree lights but these can safely be used on your porch, patio, balcony, or deck. They would also be amazing in your house. They could be used to dress up a bedroom, playroom area, or would look great in a dorm room. These will burn steadily and the color is a warm white. These bulbs are an LED glass incandescent style reflector bulbs. You will get two 100-count strands that have a total length of 45 feet and a lighted length of 42 feet. The bulbs are 3.25 inches apart. They are made with an end to end construction that will allow you to connect up to 45 strands of these 100 lights together. That is a lot of lights! You can even get these with a white wire color instead of brown. Each string is rated at 4.8 watts, which is 0.04 amps. If you are looking for fun lights then give these a try. You will love them!

More lights are always a good thing! I wasn't sure about brown wires versus green, but it's all the same. These are soarkly bright without being too harsh white. You'll get a couple extra bulbs and fuses, for just in case - though you're not likely to need them because LED lights last! This tight box is full of fun, and you'll never get it all packaged back up, so secure the sting and recycle the cardboard. Oh, and put the extra bulbs where you will remember them - just in case!

This review is for 200 count LED Mini outdoor strings lights. These strings set LED lights work wonderfully to lighy patios, terrace, canopy, trees and fences. They come as a 4 sets of 50 lights that connect to each other. LED lights are quite efficient in power usage. These particular lights are marketed reasonably so the price is right. I recommend it.

This is the first brown cord I've seen on mini lights and I love it. The cord can't even be noticed when I hung my lights for the holidays. The led lights are soft and pretty, not stark and bright. And led's last and last. Two hundred lights goes a long way. It covered the entire double garage door and then some on the sides. These look to be well made and I'm sure I'll enjoy them for many years to come.

I have decided to use these lights on our Christmas tree and it turned out so pretty. I haven't hung ornaments on the tree because I wanted you to see what the lights looked like. They are nice and bright and covered the whole tree with no problem. They are also very well made and easy to decorate the tree with. You can hang these lights inside or out. There are so many things I could decorate with these lights. I would definitely buy these lights again.

This review is for the Mainstays 200 count LED Christmas lights. I got these LED Christmas lights to replace the Christmas lights that I have installed in a small hallway in my house that I have connected to a motion sensor that lights up the hallway whenever someone enters. Being that this hallway gets lit up numerous times a day, and the incandescent Christmas lights that I've been using tend to burn out throughout the year, I got these LEDs in hopes they would last longer. Doing a side-by-side comparison, the first thing I noticed was a bluer spectrum compared to the yellower tone of the incandescent lights that I was using. My first impression was that they're not quite as bright, but that could just be a matter of color tone. The other thing I noticed immediately was that these lights are not emitting solid light, they are oscillating very fast. So when they are perfectly still or when you are perfectly still around them you don't really notice that they are blinking on and off at a very high rate. But if you move your hand quickly in front of them, you get a strobe like effect. Like frames on television screen. And for my application as a light source in a hallway that is used regularly, this might be a slight annoyance for me. If I were using these outside to light up a tree or a portion of my house, I don't think this oscillation would bother me. But when I walk through the hallway, I can feel the high rate strobe light affect. Before I remove the previous lights, I'm gonna test these out for a month or two to see if I find this strobe effect tolerable or not. I'm a little disappointed. If not for the oscillation, these would be perfect for me. And If I'm being very critical, I think I would also be happier with a slightly warmer wavelength.

4th set of string lights i bought where im not fond of the lights. Keep in mind I was looking for lights to hang around the living room ceiling. If you are particular about warm lights id pass on this. Only brand i recommend is holiday time string lights. Warm white (red packaging).
