Mainstays 3-Piece Eco-Friendly Batter Bowl Set, Black

I really like these bowls. They are made with thicker material and very durable.The bowels nest together to save room for storage. The large bowl has a handle and a pourspout. Also has a nonslip rubber bottom.That's very helpful. I have put them in the dishwasher and I've had no issues. They're really good for serving food such as salads. They retail for under $20 and I think they're definitely worth that. these are very durable and affordable. I would recommend this product.

This mixing bowl set includes three mixing bowls, a small, a medium, and large bowl with a handle. The color is black with speckles. The large bowl with the handle has a non slip bottom. The smaller two bowls do not. This is a great set to have as a staple kitchen item. I would recommend it.

I was really impressed with the size of this set of batter bowls. They are made from a durable hard plastic that is very thick. The biggest bowl has grip rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slip as you are mixing/stirring your mixture which I appreciate very much. The pour spout helps from making a mess when transferring and the handle is great as well to transfer your mixtures. Overall I think this is a great set for any cooks kitchen, I know I will be using them often in mine.

I received the Mainstays 3 piece bowl set about 1 1/2 weeks ago and love them! The large serve bowl is 10.45-inch in diameter by 5.2-inch in height, the medium serve bowl is 9-inch in diameter by 4.65-inch in height, and the small serve bowl is 7.6-inch diameter by 4.12-inch height. The large bowl has a handle and the bottom is slip proof for ease of use for mixing, the smaller bowls have neither of those but are the perfect size for use in conjunction with the larger bowl. These lightweight pieces will not shatter when dropped which make them perfect for my 85 year old mother and I to use together for making her favorite cookies. I love the dark charcoal gray color too.

Every kitchen needs a good mixing bowl set! These seem to be strong and sturdy. The biggest one has a handle, and I don't really love that because then it doesn't fit in the cupboard quite as nice, but I do love that all three of the bowls best inside each other very nicely. This set is going in my camp trailer. They bill be perfect for mixing up pancake batters and such.

These mixing bowls are the best set ever! They are sturdy, they don't tip easily. They're not so heavy that they are a struggle to lift full of ingredients. The largest bowl has a no slip bottom! The handle and pouring spout are ideal. I put them in the top rack of the dishwasher, perfect. No warping. They're a hard plastic/composite kind of material. The set comes with a plastic cover that fits over the stack of all 3 nested. I wish it was a little more sturdy. Afraid it's going to crack if I'm not gentle. The black is more like a speckled charcoal color. Nice touch. Matches any kitchen!

My young daughter loves to help cook with me, and using mixing bowls is always a big part of food preparation. Whether its mixing batter for pancakes, muffins, cookies, cupcakes, pudding, etc. there are 3 different sizes (5.4 qt., 3.7 qt., and 2.6 qt.) to help you with the job. So many recipes require more than one bowl to keep dry and wet ingredients separate, until ready to finally combine, so it is great to have such a handy set. I love the black color that doesn't show any staining and the nice large handle on the largest bowl, which is great for making things like pasta salad. These bowls are made from recycled plastic bottles and are BPA free. They are dishwasher safe and are microwave safe for reheating if needed. I only wish they came with individual lids for storing in the refrigerator after use, like many other batter mixing bowls do.

I love these flat bottomed bowls in three convenient sizes, the larger one with a handle and spout. These are also the perfect weight. The only con to me is the decorative “ridges” running down the bowls. Would prefer a smooth interior that would be easier to scrape and clean.

I don't know why I thought this set of bowls would all have a spout. I'm not going to lie I got this literally because it had a spout... jumped on it too early because when I got this I wasn't definitely disappointed I didn't look at the product closer. They should make allll the bowls with a spout it would just make more sense. I think for the price this just isn't worth it for that fact.

First of all, the three bowls come as a set, but they do not match! The two smaller bowls are black while the larger bowl is grey. The first thing I mixed in the large bowl was soda bread. The bowl is fluted on the outside, and it is also fluted on the INSIDE! Of course, my sticky soda bread dough was a pain to scrape out from in-between the fluted crevices. So, not only are the bowls mis-matched, but they are also not very user-friendly. Sorry, but I can not recommend this bowl set.
