Mainstays 3 Tier Round Metal Laundry Cart, Rich Black, Easy Rolling

This was a gift for my daughter to put beside her rocking/recliner chair in her twin's bedroom. She had one for her daughter's room and really liked it so I bought her another one. It is perfect for her needs. The size, style, and the flexibility to be able to move it around is great.

Super durable cart, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the construction of it. I had a hard time lining up the holes to put the pieces together but after some wiggling they finally lined up.

Difficult to put together

A decent little cart, but definitely not made to hold a lot of weight. The worst part is that the trays themselves aren't flat. Most of the middle is slightly raised, which is created by a circular lip. If you wanted a flat surface on the trays you'd have to put down a piece of wood or possibly cardbord? I bought it as a display for whiskey bottles and didn't realize the trays weren't flat. Also, because it's not the most sturdy, I can only put lile 3-4 bottles on each tray. The wheels work well, so it is easy to move around, but that doesn't make up for the other deficiencies to me.

This thing is a DISASTER! You've got the three trays, the two uprights, and the wheels. The uprights that you attach to the trays are not curved. The base is but the uprights are are; so it seems like it could be possible. The trays are curved. Imagine how awkward the screws lay. The base of the uprights are curved. Why not the uprights? So it's impossible to get a nice flush screw in so I know they are going to loosen/jostile and then the screws are gonna strip because they are going to need to be tightened. The most infuriating thing is the wheels. The nuts are screwed in so tight that it's impossible to loosen them to insert into the base. I guess the kids at the factory were having a little fun? Since they swivel they just keep spinning and spinning. My husband had to get a socket wrench…tried everything nothing worked. I need this thing so I'm off to a big box hardware retailer to REPLACE THE WHEELS. Which will probably cost $10 so I should have just gone to my favorite Scandinavian store and spend the $40 on one that actually works. So furious!
