I like that it was easy to put together. Also, I like that it can hold both wet towels and a wet bath mat after my shower. Also, it doesn't take up a lot of room in a studio apartment. I just plain like it and am glad that I bought it. Don't know why I didn't buy it sooner.

I absolutely love this rack! It's very sturdy, durable, and does exactly what it says it will do. The installation was quick and easy, no hassle at all. It fits perfectly over the door and adds so much extra storage space without taking up room. Great quality for the price — I highly recommend it for anyone looking to organize their space neatly and efficiently!

Good value and easy to put together following directions with clear diagrams. It fits perfectly over door and is sturdy and looks good. I have been using it while waiting for part to fix dryer. I love having it as a backup for dryer and I can continue using it for quick drying fabrics along with dryer. I would recommend.

Great space-saving option. It's a substantial rack but compact enough to pack away or to leave up. It would be good to add some bumpers or tighter fastening to prevent rattling, but this solution is fine as-is and cost effective.

Item is as seen in the picture. Easy to assemble,. Buyer may need some hands' strength or technique to tighten the screws. Overall a great item. I have no regrets.

Took quite a while to put together. Overall, quite flimsy. The Velcro straps that are meant to hold it in folded position when not in use do not really work, because they are not strong enough. There is not room enough between the different levels to hang anything large. And I do not think it would support much weight as the bars are very thin, for instance, you could never hang a pair of heavy pants on them or even a hanger with a heavy wet sweater would probably be enough to bend the thin little bars. I bought it to hang baskets on with S hooks and to set baskets on the shelves, and it was OK for that except for the very limited space that those shelves provided both in height and in depth. Not a great purchase overall.

If you ever wanted to see one angry middle aged white lady, you should have been at my house last night when I put this rickety mess together. I thought I was going to have to go get an engineering degree and then come back and try to put it together. This item is very rickety. It is held up by the thinnest Velcro I've ever seen and the shelves literally bow down with any bit of weight on them. I can't believe I fell for this. It isn't what they make it out to be. Congratulations! You got me. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT SEEK THE TREASURE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Very awkward when hanging, when folding up the Velcro is odd and it doesn't fold up convenient. Don't expect to be able to open/close door while in use without it sticking out to far and in the way.

The instructions were a little confusing, so I mostly faltered to the picture on the box to make sure I was understanding correctly. But the top part with the door hooks — with the two tiny screws — was almost as if the screws provided were not the right size. It would get tight, then just come back loose, almost as if the screw had been stripped, but this was not the case, as the screws threading was fine.

the problem is the nuts and bolts are not tight. and the velcro does not keep it closed. it pops open right away. and the part that goes over the doors too small.
