Mainstays 300TC Cotton Rich Percale Easy Care Bed Sheet, Arctic White Queen Fitted Sheet

The fitted sheet comes in a cloth pouch held shut by velcro. It fits tight and will never go back in. The obvious purpose is to protect and keep it clean til purchased. The color is described as Rich Black. I think that translates to pure black. I 'had' three beds, a king, a queen and a twin size. When I went to put it on, I realized that I didn't have a queen size anymore. Fortunately, the futon on my porch is equivalent to a queen size bed. During hot weather, the house didn't cool down at night, so I threw a couple sheets and a pillow on the futon and slept there. I was pleased to see that it's 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Permanent press is easy to launder and can be dried easily in a dryer. The fitted sheet is designed to fit a mattress 60" x 80" x 14" deep. It fit perfectly on both sides and the four corners of the futon. As a bed, the arms of the futon are attached at the head and the foot, so it involved a little tucking in that wouldn't be necessary with a mattress. It worked though. The label on the package says: Moisture wicking, Quick dry and Wrinkle resistant. The cotton is responsible for the Moisture wicking, the polyester for the Wrinkle resistant and a combination of the two materials for the Quick dry. The fitted sheet is 300 thread count, which refers to the number of vertical and horizontal threads in a square inch. 300 thread count is considered good quality bedding, which is what is used in higher-end hotels. The photo appears kind of grey due to the available light. It is in fact black as coal.

I have a king size bed and tried the mainstays brand sheet and they fit. Something when you get sheets they don't always fit the bed , but these do. The material feels soft to the touch. The material was not wrinkling , the sheets are comfortable to lay on . The sheets are lightweight but not thin so they hold up . When I washed the sheets the black color did not fade. Sometimes the material will bleed but not these, they came out of the wash feeling soft like when they was bought new. I think it's a good buy for the price. Some sheets slide off the bed but these didn't. It stayed in place . I also have the fitted sheet and it stays in place and didn't move as you sleep. It's not an expensive sheet but feels like it is. The stitches are well put together, it's long enough to cover the entire bed . I also have the pillows case as well

I'm used to purchasing 600 thread count sheets for years. I was interested in seeing what a 300 thread count sheet felt like. I chose the black King size sheets from Mainstays. First, they're excellent fitting sheets, especially the fitted sheet. They feel great to sleep on. Mainstays 300 thread count sheets don't feel like 300 thread count. They feel extremely close to 600 thread count sheets. My sheets are black, nice and dark black. They look really nice with my black and gold bedspread. Other than a delay of about ten days everything went well. The sheets came first, the pillow cases about 10 days later. It wasn't a problem for me. I have a large selection of sheets. Mainstays 300 thread count sheets are a real winner. Highly recommended. P.S. How Mainstay got King size sheets in such small bags is beyond me. The cloth bags are reusable.

I like the way this sheet fits so perfectly on my bed.My mattress is high rise so I was pretty skeptical about its fitting. But once I stretch it and put it on my mattress it stays in place. Color is just as in the picture. I really like the feel of this fitted sheet since it is right amount of soft. I have washed out already and it stays true to its form and shape without worrying about its shrinkage.

I was really worried because i saw people saying after one wash the sheet would be paper thin, but my fitter sheet is a good thickness for the price and my german shepard hasnt ripped it yet. its also a very dark black i really like it sometimes black fabrics get really faded after the first wash but this one kept its sleek look i will buy again

I have never had a black sheet set before but I guess this just adds to my having to decorate for EVERY holiday. I don't see what the big deal is about a thread count. I washed the cases, put them on my pillows and slept like any other night. I do like crisp new sheets though. I don't know if it was the sheets but they seemed to hold in A LOT of heat. Oh and I like the cute little bag it comes in that I'll NEVER be able to fit the cases back in or each of the sheet bags. I'm sure I'll find a good use for them.

These Mainstay pillowcases were a perfect fit for my extra large gell pillows. I usually have trouble finding a perfect fitting case, especially with off brand items, but these are perfect. They have held up in the wash. No signs of color changing or fading has been noted since out of the package. I was leary of low thread count. I thought for sure that the cases would be in shreds by a couple of washes or that the color would drastically change over time, but these cases have proven to withstand a lot . This brand is a familiar store brand and very reasonably priced. Thankfully they come in a variety of colors to allow for greater options with the seasonal changes of my decor. I definitly use these items daily and plan on making these my go to sheet brand for all my future purchases. Please dont change a thing!

I got the King sized in Black along with a fitted sheet. This is a really good sheet for anyone who wants a good looking set while keeping their budget low. It's 300 thread count, which means that they are thin and won't last forever, but will be great while they last. I didn't like that it seemed to leave half the sheet as lint in my dryer! I did like that it kept me cooler at night during our hot summer than other sheets. Also it has a "cuff", a sort of top to the sheet, I've noticed a few cheaper brands I tried I had to return because they didn't have that top cuff that I like so much (what is with that lately?). I REALLY liked that it kept it's color after washing and drying. I don't ever buy a brand that fades again, that is one thing I really like about this one. If you are on a tight budget, I always recommend Mainstays sheets, and these are my favorite set so far

These are my go to sheets from now on!. I have had these sheets a couple of months and use them everyday. They are the best quality and sturdy even with a low thread count. In researching sheets, the one thing that people tell you to look for is a high thread count. That this is a better quality, and softer sheet. Well this sheet proves that to be wrong. I have used these sheets since day 1 and they have held up to washes, have a perfect fit, and are soft. They truly are the best sheet I have ever used. So far there has been no fading, or shinkage. And they are so cool. I love the way they feel when I first lay down. It is the best thing to lay on comfortable sheets to help you sleep. I truly enjoy this brand,and am very excited to buy them in a variety of colors. This is now my go to brand for sheets.

Well I wasnt expecting it to feel like Egyptian cotton but It wasn't that soft and smooth. It fit my king size bed perfectly and I have a thick Tempur-Pedic. When I buy sheet I get the highest thread count because I prefer them smooth and soft. These werent that smooth if you were to rub your hands across them you could feel the thought texture.
