Sheets were more than big enough for a mattress 10 inches thick. Fabric has a nice feel to it - crisp but soft at the same time. Artic white is very slightly yellow rather than very slightly blue, or in other words not a bright white but still white rather than cream. Delivery was very quick and took only 3 days rather than the week Walmart had predicted.
It is soft and not too thin. Packaged well too. Can't say much about how good it is yet because I haven't washed and used it-- it is a new purchase for the dorm room in the fall. But as I inspected after opening up the packaging, there was no visible flaw I could find.
This is a basic white sheet. Excellent quality for the low price. I have a bunch of these and they wear and wash vey wel and stay clean and fresh looking.
These sheets are really nice for the price. I was impressed. They r for a twin xl tho. They will cover a really thick mattress too. Thank you Walmart. I can afford these.
The twin/twin x-long really has the extra long. Have to tuck under the excess. It's great for an x-long mattress!
I needed an inexpensive fitted sheet and this fit the bill. I wish you would not put them in that little pouch. It's just unnecessary and it's hard as heck to get that sheet out of that little cloth pouch and then I just throw it away so what a waste.
This sheet is ok quality. After a few washes it has held up well. They fabric isn't too scratchy, but isn't very soft either. I like the fact they are cotton and not slick microfiber. I was looking for a more percale-like cotton, but I don't think Walmart carried percale sheets for twin or twin xl.
This arrived in a neat package. I suppose for more organic packaging the sheet was nearly wrapped in a rectangle. The paper band however was glued to the cloth I suppose to keep it in place. I was then presented with this cloth rectangular cover with a Velcro closure. The cover was very very snug which made it difficult for me to try to figure out how to get the sheet out. I was almost tempted to get scissors but was afraid I’d cut the sheet it was packed in so tightly. I finally managed to get the sheet out. So I’m left with this cute little fabric bag and no idea how to use it.
The quality of the 60/40 blend sheets from Walmart has deteriorated significantly since I purchased in 2008 under the Better Homes and Gardens label. Those were crisp yet silky soft and had a nice sheen. They still are holding up well after all these years. The Mainstays are inferior in every way: thin, very wrinkled and I truly miss the Better Homes supplier from the past...I am sorry for the downgrade. Where were those 2008 sheets manufactured, I wonder?
These should be labeled Twin XL, not Twin/Twin XL, because they are super-baggy on a regular twin mattress. There was no Twin option. The fabric is ok, better than synthetics if you like a crisp feel.
