Mainstays 36 in Tower Fan, 3 Speeds, Oscillation, Remote Control, Black, MSWMT24JRV

this is the first time I've bought a tower fan. we have a lot of people living in decently tight quarters. I was looking for something that had a very small footprint but moved more air than tiny fans that we typically use to fill this need. it's quite enough for us to have in our main conversation area and in the bedrooms of people who don't want the extra white noise of a fan. it still has white noise, but the fans I typically buy, and we have a lot of fans, usually have considerably more home to the motor. I bought one to test out on a little side table next to our couch. I'm very nice sensitive adult son borrowed it for his room one hot night, and we ended up needing to order a second one. then the replacement one was borrowed by my adult daughter in her very tiny sleeping space on a very humid and hot night because her very large fan could not be hoisted of higher to blow across the bed given its large footprint. so now we have three of these. they also have a nice spot on the top concealed in the back put your hand to carrying around. the base comes in two pieces that snap together and it seems decently stable. our crazy cat has not knocked it over yet. there's absolutely is my go-to for when we need fans that blow directly on two people and we don't want them to have excessive white noise. and since my local Walmart store carried them we got them very fast through Walmart plus delivery.

This fan fits perfectly on the hearth of my fireplace. The black color matches the black of my fireplace screen. It moves air at a perfect rate without being too much. The noise level is easily tolerable. It cost half of what the last rotating fan I bought costed. I'm very pleased with it.

Got this fan for my living room because I wanted something that was gonna keep me cool but wasn't loud. This works perfectly. If you're looking for a super fast fan, I'd go with a different option. On high this fan is nice if you have it pointed directly at you but it doesn't move airflow a whole lot.

I read the reviews on this fan and they were mostly good. So I went ahead and bought it, and this fan is much more than I expected. It's not loud. It works great and the remote is the best part of the whole fan. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a fan that has power behind it and akes up hardly any space at all.

This is actually my second purchase of these Mainstays 28- inch Fan with 3-speeds and these things are great! They are very easy to assemble, seriously. Simple two or three seconds and you're all set to place it wherever you want. Moving this tower fan is so incredibly easy and keeping it maintained ... AWESOME! You'll love it but you have to buy this tower fan first. Then thank me later! :D

Purchased this to replace a larger fan that had broken and I had paid way more money for. This fan does the job. I have it in my bedroom to help circulate the central a/c and I have to keep it on low because it gets really cool!! The temp outside has been in the low 90's and this fan is great in keeping things cool.

The "high" setting is pretty much a "low" setting on any other fan. It is very weak.

I could run around the room and make more of a breeze. A dog hair got on the front of it when I was assembling the base and it didn't even blow it off when I turned it on. Don't waste your money. I bought a smaller mainstay last year and it has alot more power than this big guy!

Received a fan that wouldnt oscillate. we tried taking in apart 3 times but still the fan wouldn't turn from side to side. the 3 speeds were great. i sat the fan about 3 ft in front of my bed an on 1 the air reached me right in my face. if the fan oscillation wasnt broke. i would have kept the fan.
